From exterior hardscape selections to your full Design Center appointment, we'll ensure your home feels custom from the very beginning. Once construction is complete, we furnish and style every space to create a cohesive, beautifully finished home.

The process
Eleven steps, zero guesswork. From the first consultation to welcome-home day, every client follows the same clear path, so you always know exactly what's next. Keep scrolling, we'll walk you through it.
We begin with a $300 in-home consultation (up to one hour) where we'll walk through your home, discuss your goals, define your style, and identify the spaces you'd like to transform. This meeting helps us understand how you live so every design decision feels intentional and personal.
Following our consultation, you'll receive a customized design proposal outlining the scope of work, design fee, and next steps for your project.
Once you're ready to move forward, we'll complete the design agreement, collect your design retainer, and officially kick off your project.
Whether it's a Pinterest board, saved Instagram posts, or a few inspiration photos, we'll gather the ideas that speak to you and begin developing your unique design direction.
We'll create a comprehensive design concept complete with furnishings, finishes, materials, and an investment budget. Once approved, we'll move into execution.
For renovation projects, we'll schedule a site meeting with the appropriate trades and contractors to review the design, gather bids, and finalize the project scope.
Once funding is received, we'll begin ordering furnishings, materials, and coordinating trusted trades and vendors to keep everything moving seamlessly.
While your pieces are being manufactured, received, and inspected, our team manages every detail from vendor communication to scheduling deliveries and installations.
The best day of the project. Our team installs, styles, and perfects every detail so you can walk into a beautifully finished home that's ready to enjoy from the moment you arrive.
We'll complete any remaining punch-list items, reconcile project accounting, and issue any final balances or credits.
