This New Construction Semi Custom Home based in Waxhaw, North Carolina was a complete new build with the Toll Brothers community.  We started the clients with Phase 1 of going over their ideas of how they wanted the home to look overall with the hardscapes. After the initial meeting we created a design idea board to give us a plan for the 8-10 hour Design center Meeting (this meeting is crucial in Track homes and will be such a breeze if you take our design eye into this).  In this meeting we selected all the homes hardscapes and shortly after we started to work on Phase 2 which is the furnishings stage.  This helps join the hardscape design with the flow of the home to make them seamless and a timeless vibe.
